KBB MOMENTUM / POLICIES

Terms & conditions

Using this website and working with KBB Momentum.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Who we are

KBB Momentum Ltd
Company number: 16826204. Registered in England and Wales.
Registered office: SIU Offices, 4–6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF, United Kingdom.
Email: mark@kbbmomentum.com.

These terms cover kbbmomentum.com, its resources and client portal, and the business consultancy, mentoring and programmes supplied by KBB Momentum Ltd.

2. Website use and service agreements

You may use this website lawfully to find information, contact us and access services made available to you. A website enquiry, free call or Business Health Check does not commit you to a paid service.

Before paid work starts, we will agree the scope, deliverables, fees, payment due date, timing, access period and any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements in writing. That agreement takes priority over these general terms where they differ, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Business support and programmes

Our services are intended principally for installers, installation businesses, retailers, manufacturers and suppliers acting for business purposes. Programme descriptions explain the intended approach; your written agreement confirms the support and access included in your engagement.

We provide practical business guidance with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee a particular level of profit, growth, sales, leads or other commercial result. Your circumstances, decisions and follow-through affect the outcome.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, attend agreed sessions and tell us promptly if circumstances change. You remain responsible for your business decisions, compliance, employees, subcontractors, customers and implementation of any action.

Our support is not a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified legal, accounting, tax, financial-services, employment or health-and-safety professional where that is needed. Only share information about other people where you have a lawful reason to do so.

5. Fees, cancellation and refunds

Fees, currency, applicable taxes and payment dates will be confirmed before you commit. Programme fees are payable in full by invoice before access. We do not offer instalments, deferred payment or credit. There is no automatic membership renewal merely because you use this website or join a programme.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. The arrangements agreed for your service apply, subject to your statutory rights. We will not impose a cancellation charge that is unlawful. If we cannot provide agreed work, we will discuss a suitable alternative or refund for the affected work.

If you contract as a consumer and a statutory cooling-off period applies, we will provide the required information and honour it. Starting a service or supplying digital content during that period requires any separate request, consent or acknowledgement the law requires; these website terms do not replace that process.

6. Client accounts and portal access

Where access is provided, keep your login details secure and use only the account and materials assigned to you. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person’s records. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Access periods and any permitted team use will be agreed for your service. We may temporarily restrict access to address a security risk or serious misuse, explaining the reason and giving an opportunity to resolve it where appropriate.

7. Materials and intellectual property

Website content, branding, workbooks, templates and programme materials belong to KBB Momentum or their respective licensors. You may use materials supplied to you within your own business as agreed. You may not resell, publicly distribute, remove ownership notices from or claim ownership of those materials without permission.

You retain ownership of your own business information and materials. Bespoke deliverable ownership and any wider licence will be set out in the written service agreement.

8. Confidentiality and personal information

We treat non-public business information shared during an engagement as confidential and use it to provide the agreed support. This does not prevent disclosures authorised by you, required by law or reasonably necessary to professional advisers or service providers under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

We will obtain permission before publishing an identifiable testimonial or client case study. Personal information is handled under our Privacy policy.

9. Health Check and external services

The Business Health Check provides an indicative starting point based on the answers supplied. It is not an independent verification, professional certification or guarantee of business performance.

Booking and assessment links may take you to Calendly and ScoreApp. Every Install and EveryTrade Pro are separate services with their own terms. Using this website does not automatically enrol you in either service. Review the terms and privacy information of any external service you choose to use.

10. Availability and acceptable use

We aim to keep information useful and the website available, but maintenance, technical problems and third-party failures can interrupt access. Do not misuse forms, upload harmful material, interfere with security, scrape personal information or use the website unlawfully.

We may update general website content. Changes will not retrospectively alter an agreed paid service without an appropriate agreement or legal basis.

11. Responsibility and legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Responsibility for a paid engagement is governed by the applicable law and written service agreement. Nothing here removes your rights where a service is not delivered with the care and skill required by law.

12. Questions, complaints and governing law

Please email Mark with any concern, giving enough detail for us to investigate and respond. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For business contracts, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed or mandatory law requires otherwise. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to use their local courts.

We may update these general terms as the website or our services change. The date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes to an existing engagement will be handled under its written agreement.
